The Pemberton is a new venue in downtown Phoenix. Home to nearly half a dozen different mobile concepts, this unique location is near Roosevelt Row and Second Street. It is housed in the historic home of Sarah H. Pemberton, which was built in 1920 and was added to the city’s historical registry in 2004.
The Pemberton Hotel will feature a rotating selection of craft beers on draft. Other beverages include ciders, hard kombucha, wine, and more. The hotel also offers brunch and live music on its patio. The Pemberton will feature multiple food trucks and drink trucks, along with multiple stores and restaurants. It is a great location to spend a night out with friends. Here, you can unwind and enjoy a relaxing night with friends and family.
Another addition to Phoenix’s dining scene is the arrival of Saint Pasta, an Italian-American food concept. The restaurant replaced Poppy, a restaurant that closed last year. The menu features classic Italian dishes and a unique fusion of dishes. The owner, Racan Alhoch, is dedicating the project to his own baba, who tragically passed away in December 2020. Other items on the menu include falafel pita wraps, za’atar fries, and hummus.
Pemberton Phoenix is home to one of the city’s oldest steakhouses. Durant’s has been serving broiled steak since before Phoenix became a desert metropolis. The historic building boasts luxurious booths, reddish lighting, and cold martinis. The ambiance is reminiscent of old-school American steakhouses.
